The two founders of Seven Stars Music Group - Saga Vuorenmaa (a.k.a. Saga Bloom) and Clyde Godlieb (a.k.a. MC Sranang and Zwarte Sjaak) are both veterans in the music industry. Although they come from different musical backgrounds, one having specialized in electronic music and one in rap/hip-hop they share a mutual love for the music. They each contain a pioneer independent spirit which has pushed them through in the music industry enabling them to keep their integrity as artists.

In 2010 Saga and Clyde began a joint venture and founded the Seven Stars Music Group, a musical corporation with big plans. As they each have long careers as performing artists they know how hard it is to make it in the industry. It is this very love for the independent spirit combined with the desire to help other talented artists that gave birth to the Seven Stars Music Group. Wanting the establish a sustainable lifeline for the company and providing long term services to its artists Seven Stars Music Group begins by launching two separate labels. The first label that launched the existence of the company was 7 Stars Music, a pure no-nonsense digital record label specialized in electronic music. Hoping to serve the dance-floor crowds with delicious dance releases and arranging numerous bookings to its DJ's this label is planning to dominate the worlds dance scene within its first year in operation.

The second label which will start its operations in 2011 is 7 Stars Records, equally also a digital record label, however specializing in alternative styles. Whether its indy rock or hip hop from the streets of the dirty south this label will offer opportunities to artists which are still diamonds in rough! More plans will be revealed in 2011...

So, why are we a digital record label? Firstly, we want to be good to the mother earth and not waste money on plastic products, such as the CD's. Secondly we want to be cost effective and not waste money on expensive physical distribution, enabling us to invest more capital on launching our releases. Our unique 360 degree artist service (music production, release distribution, artist management and bookings organizing) is here to serve the customer and the artists. In other words, let the products speak for itself and watch this space.
